Admin/Office Admin

We are looking for a reliable Office Administrator. They will undertake administrative tasks, ensuring the rest of the staff has adequate support to work efficiently.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Keeping accounts (Bookkeeping, GST returns, TDS returns etc,
- vendor onboarding, vendor search, evaluate quotes,
- handle projects as requested
- Get things done, repairs and maintenance at the office,
- purchasing everything for the office and Directors.
- Handling reporting.
- Handling CA and bank office work.
- Handling government works like TDS, GST, PT, GHMC, Electricity related, etc.

**Requirements**:

- Should be proactive and problem solving
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- excel sheet, knows basics of accounting, tally or zoho accounting, etc.
- Must have two wheeler

Pay: ₹7,500.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
