**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Administrative Oversight**:

- Coordinate and supervise daily administrative operations within the school.
- Manage communication between staff, students, parents, and community stakeholders.
- Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Maintain accurate records and manage data for academic and non-academic programs.
- **Project Management**:

- Lead and oversee special projects from conception to completion, ensuring alignment with the school's mission and goals.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and track progress against established milestones.
- Collaborate with faculty and administration to implement innovative programs and initiatives.
- Evaluate project outcomes and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
- **Financial Management**:

- Assist in the preparation and management of the school’s budget.
- Monitor expenditures and ensure compliance with financial policies and regulations.
- Identify funding opportunities and assist in grant writing and fundraising initiatives.
- **Strategic Planning**:

- Participate in the development and execution of the school’s strategic plan.
- Conduct research and analysis to inform decision-making and policy development.
- Facilitate stakeholder engagement sessions to gather input on strategic initiatives.
- **Human Resources**:

- Support recruitment, training, and professional development efforts for administrative staff.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior staff members.
- Oversee performance evaluations and staff development plans.
- **Compliance and Reporting**:

- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations related to education and administration.
- Prepare and submit reports as required by regulatory bodies or stakeholders.

**Qualifications**:

- Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree is required.
- A minimum of [X] years of experience in school administration or a similar role.
- Strong project management skills, including familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.

- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
