As an Administrative Assistant at our child therapy center, you will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations and administrative functions of the center. You will work closely with therapists, clients, and other staff members to ensure smooth and efficient operation.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Front Desk Management**: Greet clients and visitors, answer phone calls, and manage appointments.
- **Client Coordination**: Assist in scheduling client appointments, managing client records, and coordinating with therapists.
- **Administrative Support**: Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, maintain office supplies, and manage filing systems.
- **Billing and Payments**: Process payments, manage billing inquiries, and coordinate with billing department as needed.
- **Documentation**: Assist in maintaining accurate and updated client files, therapy notes, and other documentation.
- **Support Team Collaboration**: Coordinate meetings, assist in preparing reports and presentations, and provide support to other team members as needed.
- **Maintain Confidentiality**: Ensure the confidentiality and security of client information and sensitive data.

Pay: From ₹8,000.00 per month
