**Job Description**:
We are seeking a motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Sales and
Administrative Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks to
support our sales efforts and ensure smooth administrative operations.
**Responsibilities**:
to maintain communication within the sales team.
- Conducting payment follow-ups with clients to ensure timely receipt of
payments and resolve any payment-related issues.
- Managing internal files and documents, including organizing, updating, and
maintaining digital and physical records.
- Handling minor administrative tasks such as staff attendance tracking and
managing leave requests.
- Providing general administrative support to the sales team and other
departments as needed.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales support, administrative assistance, or a related
field.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize
tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software
preferred.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced
environment.
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: From ₹12,000.00 per month
Schedule:
