**Job Description**:
1) Process incoming Order Admin and e-filling activities
2) Support department targets to reduce Order Admin backlog
3) Support department policies to make it an efficient and conducive place to work in
**Responsibilities**:
1. Ensures timeliness of order processing and accuracy of data entry into business
management systems.
2. Reviews incoming orders (commercial) according to established guidelines.
3. Executes order processing activities related to pricing, commission accrual, export
compliance screening etc. according to guidelines.
4. Enters customer orders into Business Management systems
5. Coordinates with sales offices, factories and internal functions to resolve problems
associated with orders.
6. Preparation of commission accrual for sales channels, keep track and reconcile the
differences if any with Finance.
7. Performs overtime when needed especially on month end business closing.
8. Log errors from LBP and consolidate in month/period reports to minimize the errors LBP prone to make in the future.
9. Follow up whenever needed.
Educational Qualification:
Bachelor Degree in administrator or it's equivalent
