We are looking for a responsible Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Duties of the Administrative Assistant include providing support to our management, assisting in daily office needs and managing our organisation general administrative activities.

**Responsibilities**
- Maintain supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies.
- Answer and direct phone calls.
- Organize and coordinate various events and schedule appointments.
- Plan meetings and take detailed minutes.
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
- Develop and maintain a filing system.
- Update and maintain organisational policies and procedures.
- Should ensure the organisational policies and practices are in line with government rules and guidelines.
- Maintain contact lists.
- Submit and reconcile expense reports.
- Provide general support to visitors.
- Handle multiple Assignments.
- Prepare and monitor invoices.

**Requirements and skills**
- Graduation with experience as an Administrative Assistant, or Office Admin Assistant.
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
- Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and computers.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.

**Salary**: From ₹20,000.00 per month
