**Job Responsibilities
**Order Screening and Entry**
- Check for completeness of order documents including Transactional Screening Forms (TSF) compliance screening forms
- Review incoming orders for technical and commercial compliance.
- Technical compliance relating to correctness of the part numbers and descriptions
- Commercial compliance relating to Incoterms, payment terms, any penalty clauses and other Terms & Conditions
- Check part number and pricing
- Requests for part number, customer and end user set up if not readily available on MRP system
- Verify discounts and commission in line with business unit policy and ensure approved as per Delegation of Authority
- Validate and calculates pricing using system tools
- Collaborate with all relevant stake holders
- Entering of sales orders on Syspro accounting system
- Generates and send customer order acknowledgements
- Document retention as per Company policy on daily/weekly basis
**Shipment Administration**
- Provide Shipment Confirmation to Customers
- Generate and forward invoices to customers using the preferred systematic process
- Co-ordinates additional shipping requirements to customer per chosen mode of transport
- Complete administration function activities to internal and external customers
- Record retention according to Company policies
