**Job description**

**MANUFACTURING INDUSTRY KNOWLEDGE MANDATORY**
- Checking documents received from CRM team and coordinate with sales and admin
team
- Coordinate with Factory for the next process
- Coordinate with CRM team and updating the information
- All other works as assigned by the Management
- Male Graduate with good command in English
- should be well versed in Ms-Office with E-reporting skills.
- **SKILLS REQUIRED**:_
- Excellent communication skills with expert-level fluency in English.
- Problem solver with an experience in inside (tale) sales and consultative selling.
- Strong ability to take initiative and responsibility for their work.
- In-depth understanding of the sales administration process

Build solid prospective leads that exceed the sales goals of the organization.
- Identification of prospective customer's needs and goals, and suggesting an effective course of action regarding the same.
- Following-up with the prospects for collecting feedback and more sales conversions.
- Ensuring the sales pipeline is full with qualified leads and prospects.
- Suggesting and implementing improvements in the sales administration process.
- Research and discover various methods to increase consumer engagement.
- Coordinate with other departments like marketing and product development to ensure smooth implementation.
