Administration Executive

Triwave Solutions is currently seeking a experienced Office Administration Executive or Office Coordinator (Female Only) role to work from their office in Chennai location.
Position available for immediate interview and internal hire.
**Job Requirements**:A guideline of duties but not limited to
**Administrative Officer Responsibilities**:
- Maintain and administer the office reception and the entire office environment
- Answering telephone calls, responding to queries and visitors.
- Preparing expense reports and office budgets.
- Managing office supplies and ordering new supplies as needed.
- Systematically filing important company documents.
- Forwarding all correspondence, such as letters and packages, to staff members.
- Scheduling meetings and booking conference rooms.
- Hiring maintenance vendors to repair or replace damaged office equipment.
- Assisting the HR Talent Acquisition department to schedule the interviews.
**Administrative Officer Requirements**:
- High school diploma or Bachelor's degree in business administration or business management is advantageous.
- Proven experience working in an office environment.
- Working knowledge of business management.
- The ability to multitask.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Effective communication skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
