**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Conduct engaging product demos for potential customers, highlighting product value.
- Manage and nurture relationships with channel partners and their customers.
- Drive growth within partner accounts by identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Lead product onboarding meetings for customers to ensure a smooth transition.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align partner strategies with business objectives.
- Provide support to sales teams in pursuing new business with channel partners.
- Analyze data to track partner engagement and customer satisfaction metrics.

**Requirements**:

- 2-5 years of channel partner management or account management experience.
- Proven success in building and maintaining partner relationships.
- Excellent communication skills for effective product demos and presentations.
- Customer-focused approach to address customer needs during onboarding.
- Ability to identify growth opportunities and strategize partner engagement.
- Collaborative mindset for cross-functional teamwork.
- Proficiency in tech tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and CRMs.
