- Customer Support or Sales, Global experience a plus- Possess strong phone, written and verbal communication skills (English).

- Experience working with executive level customer contacts
- Ability to conduct customer-focused channel partner QBRs (Quarterly Business Reviews),
- measuring partner performance against pre-established business metrics.- Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage client portfolio.
- Cultivate relationships with the existing clients and upsell VideoVerse products.
- Analyse customer data to improve customer experience.
- Mediate between clients and the organisation.
- Own the on-boarding process and conduct training for customers.
- Be a customer advocate while capturing customer feedback and reporting requests to Product
- Management and Development.- Identify and forecast expansion opportunities and partner with sales to successfully close upsell
- opportunities.- Work closely with Sales, Support, Billing, and other internal stakeholders to ensure an exceptional
- customer experience and take care of any customer issues.- Handle and resolve customer requests and complaints.
- Minimise customer churn.
