Key Responsibilities
- Contacting existing customers as well as prospective customers.
- Obtaining customer information and other relevant data.
- Work with the sales and the customer success team to propose customer retention solutions
- Build positive relationships with customers and business associates
- Resolving queries and issues related to the products and services.
- Maintaining the database of the customers on a regular basis.
- Suggesting solutions based on customer's needs and requirements.

**Job Types**: Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Mumbai Suburban, Maharashtra
