Responsibilities:

- Visiting potential villages for meeting farmers & dealers on regular basis, building up reference farmers
- Providing Training, Promotional & Technical Support to dealers
- Helping farmers in plot layout/Design & Cost estimates
- Providing Technical support during the Installation
- Organize promotional activities

Background and Skills:

- 1-4 years relevant experience in sales in Agri Input Industry
- Diploma/BSC (Agriculture)/ any graduate
- Self-Driven & result oriented, thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
- Must be able to travel up to 70% of the time within assigned territories
- Ability to handle issues, challenges & doubts, Strong MS office skills
- Fluency in local language, English

Desired Extras:

- Experience in identifying grass-root level sales of micro-irrigation
- A passion for addressing the needs of small-plot farmers
