**Position Overview**:
The _Business Development Manager for Salesforce Consulting Services and Products_ is responsible for driving sales and revenue growth for Salesforce-related services and products in the international market. This role involves managing the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to closure, and requires a strong understanding of Salesforce technologies and the ability to effectively communicate and negotiate with potential clients.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Sales Strategy and Planning**:

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and objectives in the international market.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with business goals and product development.

**Lead Generation and Prospecting**:

- Identify and target potential clients through market research, networking, and business relationships to generate qualified leads.
- Utilize various marketing and lead generation techniques to attract potential customers interested in Salesforce consulting services and products.

**Client Engagement and Consultative Selling**:

- Engage with clients to understand their specific business needs and requirements related to Salesforce solutions.
- Provide consultative sales presentations and proposals to potential clients, demonstrating the value and benefits of Salesforce solutions.

**Negotiation and Deal Closure**:

- Conduct negotiations with potential clients to secure favorable contract terms, pricing, and agreements.
- Ensure smooth deal closure by coordinating with internal teams to finalize contracts, paperwork, and other necessary documentation.

**Client Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and account retention.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing continuous support, updates, and recommendations for improving their Salesforce solutions.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience in business development and sales, especially in selling Salesforce consulting services and products and thorough understanding of the US market
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce technologies and solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and results-driven.
- Willingness to travel internationally as needed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
