Job Brief:
As a BDM, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new customers, building and maintaining strong relationships, and achieving sales targets within your designated territory. You will represent our company and products to potential clients, providing tailored solutions to meet their needs and ensuring customer satisfaction.

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and recruit potential channel partners that align with the company’s target market and business objectives.
- Conduct thorough onboarding sessions to ensure partners have a deep understanding of the company’s products, services, and value propositions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing channel partners.
- Collaborate with partners to understand their business goals and jointly create strategies to achieve mutual success.
- Address any issues or concerns raised by channel partners and work toward resolution.
- Provide comprehensive training and resources to empower channel partners to sell the company’s products or services effectively.
- Work with channel partners to develop joint business plans that align with both organizations’ goals.
- Ensure seamless communication and coordination between channel partners and internal teams.
