**Responsibilities**:As an Ecommerce Customer Specialist at Gotraka, you'll be the frontline ambassador, ensuring an exceptional customer experience through effective calls, messaging and live chat interactions.

**Daily Tasks**:

- **Calls**:Assisting customers with queries and providing guidance to customers in their buying choices.
- **Customer Messaging**: Engage with customers promptly and professionally, addressing inquiries and providing product information.
- **Live Chat Support**: Provide real-time assistance to customers navigating our platforms, ensuring a seamless experience.
- **Issue Resolution**: Proactively handle customer concerns, RMA requests, and return queries with empathy and efficiency.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
