**Inside Sales Representative**

**Location** - Andheri Lokhandwala, Mumbai

**Key Responsibilities**:
1**. Outbound Calls**: Make a high volume of outbound sales calls to potential customers using the provided contact list or leads generated through various sources.

2. **Product/Service Presentation**: Effectively present and describe the features and benefits of our products or services to potential customers, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.

3. **Sales Pitch**: Develop and refine a persuasive sales pitch that highlights the value proposition of our offerings and addresses the unique needs of each customer.

5. **Customer Needs Assessment**: Listen actively to customers, identify their needs, and propose suitable products or services that align with their requirements.

6. **Negotiation**: Engage in negotiation with customers to close sales deals, discussing pricing, terms, and any potential discounts.

7. **Sales Targets**: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets to contribute to the overall revenue goals of the company.

8. **CRM Usage**: Accurately update and maintain customer information, interactions, and progress in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.

9. **Market Research**: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and customer preferences to adapt sales strategies accordingly.

10. **Feedback Reporting**: Provide feedback to the sales team and management regarding customer reactions, market trends, and potential areas for improvement.

11. **Collaboration**: Collaborate with other team members, such as sales managers and marketing, to optimize sales strategies and share insights.

**Qualifications and Skills**

1. **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent. A bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field is a plus.

2. **Experience**: 6 Months-1 year

3. **Communication**: Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts in a simple and understandable manner.

4. **Persuasion**: Strong persuasive skills and the ability to handle objections effectively while maintaining a positive customer experience.

5. **Negotiation**: Good negotiation skills to arrive at mutually beneficial agreements with customers.

6. **Customer-Centric**: Empathy and a genuine interest in understanding and addressing customer needs.

7. **Resilience**: Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude during challenging calls.

8. **Languages**: Proficiency in English, Hindi & Gujarati

9. **Team Player**: Ability to work collaboratively within a sales team and contribute to a positive team atmosphere.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 42.5 per week

Schedule:
