**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. As a Inside sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in contacting potential clients and scheduling meetings for our sales team based in Delhi. Your primary responsibility will be to make outbound calls to potential clients, effectively communicate our products and services, and secure qualified appointments for our sales professionals.
**Responsibilities**:
- Conduct outbound calls to prospects with the aim of generating leads and setting up meetings for the Delhi sales team.
- Identify and qualify potential clients by understanding their needs and requirements.
- Build rapport and establish strong relationships with prospects to increase the likelihood of successful meetings.
- Effectively communicate product features, benefits, and value propositions to prospects.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions and prospect details.
- Collaborate closely with the Delhi sales team to align strategies, share insights, and provide regular updates on scheduled meetings.
- Provide feedback to the marketing and sales teams to refine strategies and improve lead generation initiatives.
- Proven experience in telesales or similar customer-oriented roles.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English, with a clear and persuasive telephone manner.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly with prospects.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
**Compensation**:As per Industry Standards
**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
