- Job Responsibility
- Researching and generating new leads
- Keeping up with product and service information and updates.
- Research and understand our product line and be familiar with each product’s function and purpose, so you can confidently upsell our customers to compatible products.
- Understanding customer needs and requirements and explaining product features and benefits.
- Encourage potential clients to buy premium products and close the best possible deal.
- Listen attentively to consumer questions and provide answers that are knowledgeable and insightful to encourage product sale.
- Maintain a detailed database with all information on the prospects.
- Continuously collaborate with the wider sales & marketing team to support the development of value propositions, bridging the gap between customer and delivery, ensuring that the delivery team have the information required for timely deliveries.
- Negotiating and closing multiple sales deals to achieve high revenue.
- Closing sales and achieving sales target.
- Key Skills:

- Key Skills:

- Business level language skills and cultural understanding of allocated market segment, able to converse confidently.
- Works well under pressure, able to make good judgements, decisions and meet conflicting deadlines.
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Knowledge of sales, business plans, and business development strategies. High level of communication and negotiation skills

Mandatory:

- Prior experience as an Inside Sales Representative
- Excellent phone and cold calling skills.
- Ability to achieve targets.
