**Role Summary**

As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our office operations and administrative functions. You will be responsible for coordinating office activities, managing supplies, and vendor relationships, ensuring efficient record-keeping, and providing support in order management and maintaining the supply chain for shipping purposes. Additionally, you will oversee tasks related to managing stationery, repairs, and other miscellaneous office needs.

**Responsibilities**

**Office Operations Coordination**:

- Manage day-to-day office operations, including maintaining office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely delivery of supplies and services.
- Implement and maintain efficient office procedures and workflows.

**Record-keeping and Documentation**:

- Manage record-keeping systems, including filing, scanning, and archiving documents.

**Order Management and Supply Chain**:

- Support order management processes, including receiving, processing, and tracking orders.
- Coordinate with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist in inventory management activities.

**Stationery Management and Office Repairs**:

- Procure and manage stationery supplies, ensuring availability for office use.
- Coordinate repairs and maintenance for office equipment, facilities, and furniture as needed.
- Address miscellaneous office needs and tasks to ensure smooth operations.

**General Administrative Support**:

- Provide administrative support to various departments and teams as required.
- Assist with data entry, report generation, and other clerical tasks.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 2 years of experience in administrative roles, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of supply chain management and order processing is a plus.
