**Job Title: Administrative Assistant**

**Job Summary**:
As an Administrative Assistant at our jewellery company, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations and supporting the overall efficiency of the office. You’ll be responsible for handling a range of administrative and clerical tasks, coordinating with team members, and providing essential support to maintain high standards in customer service and internal operations. This position requires a strong sense of organization, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Office Administration**:

- Oversee daily office activities to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.
- Handle office supplies inventory and coordinate maintenance needs.

**2. Customer Service Support**:

- Assist in handling customer inquiries, requests, and follow-ups.
- Support the sales and customer service teams to ensure a positive client experience.
- Coordinate customer orders, invoicing, and delivery schedules with accuracy.

**3. Sales & Inventory Coordination**:

- Maintain records of stock levels and sales, helping to coordinate orders with the inventory team.
- Support the inventory team by documenting product details, including SKUs, descriptions, and pricing updates.

**4. Marketing Support**:

- Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns, social media postings, and events.
- Assist with promotional materials, ensuring consistent brand messaging and product information.

**5. Document Management & Reporting**:

- Organize and maintain digital and physical files, including invoices, client information, and order records.
- Generate regular reports on sales, inventory, and customer feedback for management review.

**6. Team Support**:

- Act as a point of contact between departments to facilitate communication and project follow-up.
- Provide administrative support to team members, assisting with ad hoc tasks as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field preferred.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in the retail or jewellery industry.
- **Skills**: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, excellent communication and organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

**Working Conditions**:
