- Drafting an E-mail and preparing such as memos, reports and invoices.
- Maintaining a file system
- Monitoring night shift employees.
**Knowledge/Skills:
- **
- Minimum 1 year of experience required.
- Ready to work in night shift.
- Healthcare industry experience will be preferred.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proven experience as an Office administrator, Administrative Executive, Administrative Assistant, Senior Executive Assistant or in other secretarial position
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and Outlook required.
- BSc/BA in office administration or relevant field is preferredany policies.
