Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Office Administrator. The Office Administrator will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by managing administrative tasks, supporting staff members, and maintaining office efficiency.
**Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate office activities for efficiency and policy compliance.
- Supervise administrative staff and divide responsibilities.
- Manage upper management's agendas, travel, and appointments.
- Manage phone calls, correspondence, and budgeting.
- Create and update records and databases.
- Track office supplies and place orders.
- Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals.
Requirements and skills
- Proven experience in office administration or assistant role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with office management procedures and accounting principles.
- Knowledge of MS Office and ERP software.
Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
