**Responsibilities**:

- Handling payment of electricity and water bills and issuing rental invoices.
- Coordinating and supervising the purchase of materials required for the hotel/office and site.
- Collecting payments from clients and following up with them.
- Supervising work and ensuring that civil work is done properly.
- Handling inward and follow-up with files and punchayat.
- Taking prints and picking up plans as needed.
- Handling repairing and repainting works.
- Assisting in the opening of shops/flats and showing them to clients.
- Having basic knowledge of civil engineering and construction practices.
- Having a valid driving license and knowing how to ride a two-wheeler and four-wheeler.

**Requirements**:

- Should be located in Porvorim/Panjim area.
- Should be proficient in English, Hindi, Konkani, and Marathi languages.
- Must have a valid driving license and know how to ride a two-wheeler and four-wheeler.
- Must be punctual and detail-oriented.
- Must have a basic understanding of civil engineering and construction practices.

**Salary**: ₹8,129.67 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Night shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- North Goa, Goa: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 3 years (required)

**Language**:

- Hindi,Konkani (required)
- English, Marathi (required)
