**Job Summary**:
As a Customer Support Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for customers who have inquiries or issues related to a company's products or services. You will provide timely and effective support by answering questions, resolving problems, and maintaining positive relationships with customers.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Resolve customer issues and complaints to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Escalate customer concerns to the appropriate department as needed
- Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and reduce customer churn
- Maintain knowledge of products and services offered by Log2Base2

**Qualifications**:

- Any Bachelor's degree
- Maximum 1-3 years of customer support experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to identify issues and provide effective solutions
- Good organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- A positive attitude and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team, with a willingness to learn and adapt to changes in the work environment

**Note**: WFH is not available.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹120,000.00 - ₹240,000.00 per year
