Hello Folks

Novus Automation Pvt. Ltd., is hiring for Channel Sales Executives for Delhi NCR & Jaipur Location.

**ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Min 3+ years of experience in CCTV/Access Control /PA systems distribution sales experience
- Should have managed distributor, System integrator and dealer network; Strong connect with local/regional system integrators

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Must have hands on experience on Identifying engaging and managing local system integrators
- Build and manage distribution retailer network
- Drive secondary sales from Distributors
- Develop proposals for new business avenues, new plans, services, technology up gradation, longer term strategic tie-ups with Channel partners.
- Address partner related issues, sales conflicts, pricing issues and recommend improvements in a timely manner.
- Keep a close eye on the competition and develop winning sales strategies/tactics
- Manage business Profit & Loss, revenue generation, and launching, building and growing business along with budget compliance.
- Collect market intelligence and share it back with sales and marketing teams

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
