The Channel Sales Executive is responsible for managing and growing the company's partner ecosystem, driving revenue through Channel Partners, Brokers, Underwriters and freelancers. This role involves identifying, onboarding, and developing strategic relationships with channel partners. The executive will work closely with partners to ensure they have the necessary resources, training, and support to effectively sell and promote the company’s products or services.

Key responsibilities
- Setting sales targets
- Monitoring performance
- Implementing strategies for partner engagement and increased sales
- Delivering relevant materials, promotions, and incentives
- Aligning efforts with channel partner needs
- Regular reporting and analysis of sales data
- Forecasting future sales
- Identifying market expansion opportunities
- **Education**: Graduate degree
- **Experience**: Minimum 3 years in the real estate industry
- **Skills**:

- Strong understanding of channel sales dynamics
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Results-oriented approach to managing partner relationships
- **Preferred Background**:

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
