**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers.
- Explore B2B and B2C sales opportunities, including retail channels and distributors.
- Enhance brand visibility and awareness in the market.
- Plan and execute advertising campaigns.
- Analyze marketing data to create actionable reports.
- Generate and manage leads effectively.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Monitor competitor activities and prepare insights for management.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- 2+ years in channel/ distributer sales (preferably exp. in electronics/ hardware products)
- Proficiency in English, Hindi, and any regional language.

**Compensation**:

- **Salary**: Up to ₹35,000 per month.
- **Additional Benefits**: Sales-based incentives and local conveyance reimbursement (₹5/km as per company policy).

**How to apply?**

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Noida, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- distributer/ channel sales: 2 years (required)

**Location**:
