**What You Will Do**:
Initiate and cultivate partnerships with gaming companies, fostering the adoption of our platform.

Collect feedback from partner companies and efficiently relay it to the internal team for further enhancement.

Play a pivotal role in transitioning companies from the free tier to the paid tier of our platform.

Collaborate closely with freelance/contractual recruiters to drive talent acquisition for our partner companies.

Initially an Individual Contributor role, with potential for growth and a shift to broader responsibilities.

Eventually, take ownership of end-to-end B2B jobs and placements engine, leading the charge in recruitment and placement.

Involve in building the community by reaching out to the target audience including the desired partners and developer community

**Must Have**:
A strong background in the gaming industry and a deep understanding of the B2B landscape.

A proactive attitude and willingness to adapt and grow within a dynamic startup environment.

0-1 year's journey in a professional setting, with flexibility to transition between roles.

A passion for driving adoption, fostering relationships, and making an impact.

Strong communication skills to effectively relay partner feedback and coordinate with the internal team.

**Good to Have**:
Background in recruitment and talent acquisition, particularly within the gaming industry would be helpful.

Experience working with freelance/contractual recruiters to ensure talent alignment.

A comprehensive understanding of the gaming ecosystem, both in education and industry.
