We enable **Same-Day Deliveries for E-commerce brands** through **next-gen fulfillment technology, a network of dark stores, and last-mile capabilities **across India.

Brands connect their online store to our platform in just a few clicks & **can kickstart Same-Day Deliveries across India in less than 5 days**- with complete visibility into supply-chain operations & consumers. This helps brands **significantly improve customer loyalty, fulfillment costs, and RTOs by up to 90%.**

Our **team comprises folks** from Reliance Retail, Shadowfax, Retention Science, Tracelink, Bigbasket, and institutions like Hindu College, BITS Pilani, We School, and the University of Southern California.

We are well-funded by **VCs and founders **of India's biggest D2C brands & unicorns.

We're looking for a talented Partnerships Intern to work directly with our Head of Partnerships & CEO. As Partnerships Intern, you'll help Partnerships** launch & grow some of the most visible ZFW partnerships with well-known consumer, F&B, & hospitality brands**.

**You will learn the ins & outs of Sales while working cross-functionally to** deliver on critical company objectives.

**If you're motivated to learn & demonstrate commitment to grow here, we will convert you into a full-time position after 3 months.**

**What you will do**:
Help Partnerships team with research, outbound prospecting, & building relationships with D2C/E-commerce brands (of all sizes).

Fast-track farming using blueprints & best practices.

Help prepare & execute Internal & External growth plans for customers & stakeholders.

Work with team to manage National & City accounts & ensure stellar partner experience.

Be an exemplary ambassador for ZFW, both internally & externally.

**Qualifications**

Current university student (preferably in final year) with interest in Sales/BD, Account Management, or Partnerships.

Willingness to meet + exceed sales quotas.

Ability to think strategically, plan meticulously, & execute methodically. Data-driven

Strong communication (written + verbal), objection handling, & persuasion skills.

Hungry for success, gritty, comfortable with rejection.

Love learning with a strong desire to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

A people person with gratitude, integrity, & no ego.

**Bonus points if you have**:
1-year experience in Sales or BD at **B2B E-commerce/MarTech/Supply Chain/Logistics tech companies.**
