- Understand customer needs and requirements.
- Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales rep for further development and closure.
- Generate qualified leads and achieve monthly quotas.
- Research accounts, identify key contacts and generate interest.
- Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory
- Database profiling and validation
- Update CRM

- Person with Sales background in IT Industry
- Excellent communication skills, Active Listener, Versatile, Presentable etc Currently doing Lead Generation and Sales Call to clients for pitching.
- Working on Targets and ready for Fix and Variable salary.
- Track record of over-achieving quota
- Experience in database management in CRM
- 2-7years in same domain

**Target:

- **
- Target is to fix qualified meetings for sales team.
- Per week meetings target will be there.

**Qualifications**
- Excellent Communication
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 2+ years' previous Inside sales/lead generation experience
- Experience working on CRM system

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month

Day range:

- Monday to Friday

Shift:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mumbai Suburban, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
