Job Description: Inside Sales Representative
Position Overview:
The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for generating new leads maintaining customer requirements and ensuring the timely closure of deals. The role focuses on regular communication with customers to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Outreach
- Make regular calls to customers to understand their needs and build strong relationships.
- Proactively reach out to potential customers to generate new leads and expand the customer base.
- Maintain a consistent followup schedule to keep customers engaged and informed.
2. Lead Generation
- Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through cold calling and customer inquiries.
- Work closely with the Team Lead to develop strategies for lead generation and conversion.
- Track and manage leads in the CRM system to ensure a smooth sales process.
3. Customer Requirement Management
- Gather and document customer requirements accurately to ensure they are met.
- Provide timely and accurate quotes based on customer needs.
- Coordinate with internal teams / product specialist to ensure that customer requirements are fulfilled.
4. Deal Closure
- Follow up on quotes and proposals to move prospects through the sales pipeline.
- Negotiate terms and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Ensure that all closed deals are properly documented and processed in the CRM system.
5. CRM Management
- Maintain uptodate records of customer interactions leads and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Provide regular reports on lead status customer requirements and deal closures
Requirements
- Proven experience in inside sales or telemarketing.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple customer interactions.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
