**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Prior experience of bidding and winning **Salesforce projects** from job portal sites like **Upwork, people per hour, guru, freelancer etc**.
- Researching organizations and individuals online (especially on social media, web) to identify new leads in domestic and international market.
- Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support, answering potential client questions and follow-up call questions.
- Meeting all monthly quotas for cold, active, inactive calls, appointments, and meetings.
- Meeting or exceeding quarterly/half yearly and annual sales goals.
- Plan and execute marketing initiatives to generate new leads.
- Creating informative presentations; presenting and delivering information to potential clients at client meetings, industry exhibits, trade shows, and conferences
- Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements
- Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospect clients; maintaining database **(Salesforce, CRM, Excel, etc.) of prospective client information**

**Qualification**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect, and interact with potential customers
- Persuasive and goal oriented, Possesses an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanour
- Able to communicate with Senior Executives professionally and confidently
- Min 2+ years of experience in cold calling to international and domestic customers for IT sales, knowledge of sales process from initiation to close preferably in technology-based industry.
- **Prior experience in Upwork bidding for Salesforce projects.**:

- Excellent analytical and time-management skills.
- Demonstrated success in building trust and maintaining long-term relationships
- Adaptability to work flexible hours for special events (i.e. evening and weekends)
- Proficient in the using internet, social media, of Microsoft Office, CRM, and other related software
- **Prior knowledge/experience in selling Salesforce / cloud-based solution to US, UK, Australia, Singapore and other abroad market is a plus.**

- Meeting weekly/monthly targets of lead generation, Sales targets.
- Self-motivated, highly energetic, adaptable according to changing situation.
- Ready to go extra mile to achieve BD and Sales target within defined timelines.
- Can maintain cordial relationship with people.
- Should be able to work independently, (under very less supervision)
- Should be able to execute Business development & Sales strategy for the organization.
- Willingness to learn new skill.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:
