**Position Summary**:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced B2B Corporate Event Business Development Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and creating tailored event solutions for corporate clients.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential business opportunities and industry trends.
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve sales targets and expand our corporate client base.
- Identify and qualify new business leads through various channels, including networking, cold calling, industry events, and digital platforms.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline to ensure consistent business growth.
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers in target companies.
- Understand client needs and objectives to create customized event proposals and solutions that align with their business goals.
- Present and pitch event solutions to prospective clients, highlighting the unique value proposition of our services.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to secure profitable business deals.
- Work closely with internal teams, including event planning, marketing, and operations, to ensure seamless execution of events.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns that support business development efforts.
- Track and report on sales activities, performance metrics, and revenue forecasts.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in B2B sales corporate event management. ( Mandatory)
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of the corporate event industry and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with high-level corporate clients.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
