**Job Title**: Corporate Event Anchor

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Event Hosting**:

- Serve as the main presenter for corporate events, including conferences, seminars, workshops, product launches, and other company functions.
- Introduce speakers, guests, and performers, ensuring the audience remains engaged and informed.
- Facilitate Q&A sessions, panel discussions, and other interactive segments.
- **Content Preparation**:

- Collaborate with the event planning team to understand the event agenda, objectives, and key messages.
- Prepare and rehearse scripts, introductions, and closing remarks.
- Customize presentations to suit the event's theme and audience demographics.
- **Audience Engagement**:

- Create a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere for all attendees.
- Use humor, storytelling, and interactive techniques to maintain audience interest and participation.
- Address any audience concerns or issues that arise during the event promptly and professionally.
- **Brand Representation**:

- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
- Ensure that the company’s values and messages are conveyed effectively.
- Act as an ambassador for the company's brand, products, and services.
- **Post-Event Activities**:

- Gather feedback from attendees to assess the effectiveness of the event.
- Provide a summary of the event’s successes and areas for improvement to the event planning team.
- Follow up with speakers, guests, and attendees as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Event Management, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Proven experience as an anchor, presenter, or host in corporate events or similar settings.
- **Skills**:

- Exceptional public speaking and communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and networking abilities.
- Ability to think on your feet and handle unexpected situations.
- Proficient in using presentation software and other event-related technologies.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
