**Job Summary**
**Responsibilities and Duties**
- General Office maintenance like coordinating with house keeping staffs, daily log report maintenance of all staffs (both at office & sites), Office Mails management, Petty Cash Handling, Daily Office Expense management.
- Drafting Official Communication (Letters, transmittals, reports) and DTP works.
- Maintaining our partners' daily meeting schedules and their agendas.
- Printing technical documents as per our staffs' requirements.
- Follow-up with the clients and staffs for maintaining proper documents.
- Attendance Management & Salary Slips Preparation (HR Management).
**Key Skills**:Spoken English, Spoken Tamil, Spoken Hindi, Good Negotiation Skills, Microsoft Office & Excel, Social Media Management.
**Required Experience and Qualifications**
Bachelors in Business Administration/ Any equivalent Bachelors degree (BBA/BCA/B.Sc/B.A/B.Com/Diploma) with an interest in office administration.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fresher, Freelance
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
