**What you will do**:

- Using statistical tools to identify, analyze, and interpret patterns and trends in complex data sets could be effective for the diagnosis and prediction.
- Engage with business units (customer units, domains, and other support functions in the MA) to translate the business plan into a workforce plan, continuously updated through regular tactical planning and ongoing calibration.
- Proactively support our People Business Partners providing insights and reports to address business challenges through proactive reporting and developing insightful analytics.
- Preparing reports for the management stating trends, patterns, and predictions using relevant data
- Leverage and prepare reports and analytics that can make visible trends and data points that validate talent recommendations, identify areas of focus, demonstrate the impact of people data and lead to informed decisions.
- Using automated tools to extract data from primary and secondary sources.
- Removing corrupted data and fixing coding errors and related problems
- Developing and maintaining databases, and data systems - reorganizing data in a readable format
- Performing analysis to assess the quality and meaning of data.
- Actively recognize emerging trends, challenges, and business needs. Provide creative solutions to be applied wherever necessary by designing and developing analytical solutions.
- Work with all areas of the People function (Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development, Total Rewards) and help them bring together information to support their deliveries.

**You will bring**:
**Education qualification -Graduation Full Time**:

- Must have at least 2-3 years of working experience in R/Python
- Experience working on Microsoft Power BI will be an added advantage.
- Interpreting and exploring business problems using people data.
- Build automated reports and dashboards.
- Good skills into Data Analtics.
- Flexibility, independence, drive, and resilience to perform successfully in a rapidly changing environment.
- Growth mindset, continuously building your own expertise and sharing with the others.
- Great collaboration, networking, and desire to collaborate with HR, finance, and business teams.
- Be able to quickly shape data into reporting and analytics solutions.
- Excellent knowledge of financials and business practices
