**What you will do**:
**. **Process automation through Advance Excel, Access, and VBA Macros- Develop, test, document, and implement high quality reports on time that perform according to specifications and requirements documents
- Analyze and tackle increasingly complex problems
- Interact with peers within Ericsson People function team
- Perform daily work/tasks with mínimal instructions and a moderate level of instructions on new assignments
- Consistently need to seek and provide relevant and actionable feedback in all interactions
- Constantly lookout for ways to improve value for your respective stakeholders
- Design, modify, build and implement reporting solutions.
**The skills you bring**:
- Bachelor’s degree in science or math’s or Economics or Statistics or related quantitative field.- Overall exp should have between 2 to 6 years in Reporting Automation field.
- Experience in automation using complex VBA / MS Access / SQL Queries / Python
- Experience on Power Apps and Power Automate will added advantage
- Strong data gathering and reporting skills
- Strong and demonstrated analytical, data interpretation skills and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently at times and closely with senior stakeholders.

**Your Financial Security**

**Your Time**
Your work-life balance is important to us. New employees are provided up to 40 days of paid time off per year, including 15 days of accrued annual vacation, 3 personal days, 11 paid holidays, 10 sick days, and 1 volunteer day. Please note paid time off is pro-rated based on the employee’s start date. Those with additional vacation time at the end of the year may sell one week of vacation, equal to a week of pay. Furthermore, Ericsson provides up to 16 weeks of maternity/medical leave, 6 weeks of paternity or adoption leave at 100% of pay, and medical leave at 100% or 66 2/3% of pay, based on length of service.
