**Job Purpose**:
**Network Expansion**
The position requires to lead this initiative of creating a robust and far-reaching dealer network. The expansion will involve the appointment of a new dealership in the vacant area, replacing financially weak dealers & realignment of large scantly covered TIV locations.
Define dealer appointment plan and coverage enhancement.
**Nurturing New Dealership**
Post appointment, new dealer installation & handholding the dealership for sustaining the hostile market conditions.
**Network System & Administration**
Timely contract renewal for all existing network and compliance clearance.
**New Dealer Commercial Sign off**
Dealership readiness for commercial business as per agreed terms during LOI. Completion of new dealer action plan and readiness for further business. Co-ordination with CBU team for timely completion
**Responsibilities**:
**Network Expansion**
- Strategically appoint new dealerships in unoccupied territories.
- Strengthen or conclude partnerships with Weak dealerships.
- Merge dealerships with low TIV
- Rationalize dealerships with large TIV & Geography.
**Nurturing New Dealership**
- New dealer installation-Training, Familiarization with CNH & Training on the various SOP at dealer site
- Facilitate the recruitment of Skilled Manpower, Dealership & Dealer Salesperson assessment, and post-assessment improvement action planning.
- Dealer Commercial Sign Off and timelines adherence, Ensure new dealer action plan adherence.
- Dealership performance monitoring and review with senior management
- Co-ordination with CBU Retail, Sales, After Sales, team for smooth operations of the dealership
**Network System & Administration**
- With the help of CBU team share new dealership proposal and documents as per guidelines.
- Co-ordination with CBU team for timely renewal of dealership contracts as per compliance guidelines
- Communicate with HO in case of any changes in dealership constitution; infra changes, etc.
- Share Regional Network performance MIS report.
