**About BhaiFi**:
BhaiFi is a Gurugram-based Cybersecurity startup that provides Simple & Automated
Enterprise Network Security as a Service (SaaS) to Small & Medium Businesses (SMBs) in
India & the US. Catering to our clients by not just promising but also delivering the right services, on time is the prime objective of our organisation and we need an excellent problem solver to help us identify the challenges in today’s marketing space, resolve them and hence help us expand our loyal client base. We wish to open our doors for the gamut of industries and businesses who need and can welcome our services warm heartedly.

**Roles and responsibilities**

1. Presenting our product and services to the customers.
3. Meeting the monthly sales goals and expectations.
4. Taking feedback from the customers and working upon them.
5. Putting forward and explaining the sales proposal to the customers.
6. Tracking and analysing the sales performance metrics.
7. Understanding the current market potentials.
8. Resolving customers complaints and issues if any before making the sale.
9. Building a positive relationship with the customers.
10. Preparing monthly sales reports and presenting them to the higher management.
11. Understanding the technicalities of the product and providing demos on the same.

**Requirements**:
1. Total 5 years of experience in a similar profile.
2. Minimum of 2 years experience in B2B Sales, preferably IT/ ITES sales.
3. Strong relationship management skills.
4. A keen eye for opportunity.
5. Should be flexible in travelling to client’s locations.
6. Excellent deal closing skills.
7. Great Prospecting and Negotiation skills.
8. Good Presentation skills.

9. Willing to learn technical details of the product.
10. Experience in B2B SAAS is preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹30,040.89 - ₹50,542.85 per month
