**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Create and own short and long term partnership plan for NRI investment products
- Responsible for leading existing partnerships with SEBI regulated entities and technology providers
- Identify key partnerships to help achieve the business objectives
- Leverage network to identify and connect with the right stakeholders Lead the end to end deal-making efforts (pitch deck, business plan, negotiation, process flow and sign off) with the identified banking partners
- Work alongside multiple internal and external stakeholders (legal, compliance, business) to close the partnership
- Setting mutually achievable project timelines and own the project plan Work cross functionally with different teams such as Business, Product, Accounting, Business Finance and Marketing to drive the project to closure
- Drive Monthly and Quarterly business reviews with the partners Have a keen sense of the market and look for opportunities to improve business metrics (renegotiations, new products etc)

**Job Requirement**
- Graduate degree from a reputed university / institution and upto 5 years of experience in the banking / payments / NBFC / fintech
- Awareness of NRI ecosystem and regulatory.
- Proven track record of strong first principle thinking to navigate roadblocks
- Good knowledge of the key drivers of growth and profitability of the banking industry
- Basic knowledge about the regulatory and compliance frameworks followed by the different regulated entities is a plus
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the capability to create compelling pitch deck
