**Job Summary**: The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales within the HORECA (Hotels, Restaurants, and Catering) segment. The individual will manage and grow a portfolio of customers, ensuring consistent business growth through the promotion and sale of company products and services. They will focus on building strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders in the HORECA industry and achieving set sales targets.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and target prospective customers in the HORECA sector (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafés, Catering companies).
- Achieve sales targets through the acquisition of new clients.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to grow market share in the HORECA segment.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
- Conduct regular visits to existing customers to assess their needs and identify opportunities for additional product sales.
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and analysis of market performance for management review.
- Track sales activities and manage leads, customer information, and opportunities.
- Participate in promotional events, exhibitions, and demonstrations to showcase products.
- Educate customers about new products and provide product training when necessary.

**Preferred Experience**:

- Minimum of 2 years in HORECA sales.

**Key Skills & Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in field sales or direct sales, preferably within the HORECA segment.
- Strong understanding of the HORECA industry, including trends, challenges, and opportunities.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency on Microsoft Excel.
- A valid driver’s license + vehicle to travel.

Additional Info: Promote And Sell Product On Field Visit To Clients / Leads. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | Should Have : Bike | License

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
