Sales/presales Executive

**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Good attitude and communication (Both Written and oral)
- People management skills
- Experience with managing PMC / Customer.
- Experience in preparing and designing BOM, BOQ.
- Understand SCS standards and Quality of Work.
- Understanding the specifications and requirements from the customers, integrating the same in project plan and suggesting an amicable solution.
- Effectively carrying out interaction with architects, consultants and other vendors to ensure smooth execution of the project. Excellent customer service skills, ability to communicate with big corporate customers and excellent presentation skills. Proven project leadership and management abilities.
- Responsible for tender evaluation and bid management processes. Lead the preparation of RFP response in collaboration with the Sales, Product Management, Software, Operations, Legal and Finance teams.
- Conduct site surveys, attend pre-bid meetings, analyze customer’s requirements, identify solution architecture and components, perform technical design work, and define BOQ.
- Submit, follow up and acquire all needed documentations and approvals for the bidding process
- Support in proposals and contracts negotiations to close deals while minimizing risks and ensuring profitability
- Liaise with Operations division to hand over all project details for execution.
**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
