Sterilizing all the kitchen equipment at the end of your shift
- Making cold appetizers, including salads, bruschettas, vegetable and meat roll-ups
- Preparing dips, vinaigrettes, and herb-infused oils
- Recommending modern recipes to revitalise our menu
- Adding nutritious, creative cold dishes to the menu
- Monitoring stock and place orders, as needed
- Performing meal-prep activities before the guests arrive like chopping vegetables, chopping fish and meat, and washing fruits
- Garnishing dishes with spices, nuts, fruits and vegetables
- Maintaining a clean station at all times
- Storing ingredients to keep them fresh and reduce food wastage
- Checking food plating, temperature and portions for all cold dishes

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
