Front Office Assistant

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage and coordinate appointment scheduling, meetings, and office supplies (Secretary skills).
- Answer and direct phone calls, manage inquiries and provide accurate information.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Maintaining and organizing administrative tasks including data entry, filing, accounts, and document preparation.
- Assist with basic HR tasks such as onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Life Science, Commerce, or Arts. Even teachers who are interested can apply.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel) and office equipment.
- Excellent communication (Kannada, Hindi, and English).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Positive attitude and professional demeanor.
Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹12,727.70 per month
