Job Title: Front Office & CRM Assistant

Location: [GR CONSTRUCTIONS, Bangalore]

**Salary**: ₹25,000 - ₹30,000 per month

**Job Description**:
Key Responsibilities:

- Communicate effectively with customers, engineering teams, and the sales team.
- Manage post-sales documentation and ensure its timely completion.
- Coordinate with customers for agreement, loan documents, and registration processes.
- Follow up on payment dues, manage collections, and prepare collection reports.
- Draft and prepare consent letters and other necessary correspondence.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints by coordinating with internal teams to find solutions.
- Minimum 3-4 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills.
- Basic knowledge of documentation and data entry processes.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficient in English (both oral and written).
- Greet clients and set a positive office atmosphere
- Answer the phone, take messages, and redirect calls to appropriate offices.
- Organize and maintain files and records; update when necessary
- Create and maintain updated documents and spreadsheets
- Oversee sorting and distribution of incoming mail
- Prepare outgoing mail (envelopes, packages, etc.)
- Operate office equipment, such as photocopier, printers, etc.
