**Job Summary**
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Menu Development**: Design and develop an innovative menu, keeping up with current food trends and customer preferences.
- **Food Preparation and Cooking**: Prepare and cook high-quality dishes according to recipes, ensuring consistency in taste, portion size, and presentation.
- **Quality Control**:Maintain high standards of food quality, taste, and presentation in line with Live Food Court’s reputation.
- **Kitchen Management**: Supervise kitchen staff, ensuring adherence to safety and cleanliness standards. Organize and delegate tasks for efficient workflow.
- **Health and Safety Compliance**: Ensure that all kitchen operations comply with health and safety regulations, including proper handling and storage of food.
- **Customer Satisfaction**:Interact with customers as needed to take feedback, address complaints, and make adjustments to menu items as required.
**Skills and Qualifications**
- Experience**:4+ years of experience** as a Chef, preferably in a multi-cuisine or fast-paced environment.
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills to manage and train kitchen staff.
- Creativity: Ability to create innovative dishes and adapt to customer preferences.
