**Job Overview**: We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled **Multi-Cuisine Chef** for our event management team. This role involves overseeing the preparation of various cuisines for events, ensuring high-quality food service, and contributing to the overall culinary excellence of our event experiences.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Menu Planning and Preparation**:
- Design and prepare menus for events ensuring variety, quality, and customer preferences.
- **Team Management**:
- Lead a team of kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient kitchen operations during events.
- Assign tasks, supervise preparation, and maintain a high standard of kitchen hygiene and food safety.
- **Quality Control**:
- Ensure that all food is prepared and presented to the highest standards.
- Oversee food storage, preparation, and cooking processes to maintain food quality and safety.
- **Collaboration with Event Planners**:
- Work closely with event coordinators and clients to understand specific culinary requirements for each event
**Requirements**:
- Graduate from **Institute of Hotel Management (IHM)** or any other recognized culinary institution.
- Minimum **2-5 years of experience as a multi-cuisine chef**
- Expertise in various cuisines, including **Indian, Continental, Chinese, Italian. Mediterranean, etc.**
