Are you a passionate and creative chef with a deep love for wood fired oven, Pizzas and continental cuisine? Are you ready to lead our culinary team and take our dishes to the next level? If so, we’re looking for a Sous Chef/Senior CDP who specializes in Pizzas and continental cuisine to join our team.
Job Responsibilities
- **Manage and Oversee the kitchen operations, ensuring the highest level of food quality, taste, and presentation**:
- Develop and create innovative dishes while maintaining the authenticity of the cuisine
- **Lead and mentor kitchen staff, providing training and guidance to maintain consistency in food prep ara tin.**:
- Collaborate with the management team to create and update menu items, including daily specials.
- Maintain a safe and clean kitchen environment, adhering to all sanitation and safety stanards.
- **Control food costs, optimize kitchen processes and manage budgetary guidlines**
**Salary**: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
