**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Food Preparation**:
- Assist in the preparation and cooking of a variety of dishes from different cuisines, including appetizers, main courses, and desserts.
- Ensure all food is prepared according to recipes and standards set by the head chef.
**Kitchen Operations**:
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and kitchen areas.
- Monitor food quality, ensuring it meets health and safety standards.
- Assist in inventory management and the ordering of supplies.
**Collaboration**:
- Work closely with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service and efficient kitchen operations.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure smooth workflow.
**Learning and Development**:
- Stay updated on culinary trends and techniques across various cuisines.
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance culinary skills.
**Adherence to Standards**:
- Follow all safety and hygiene protocols, including proper food handling and storage.
- Contribute to maintaining the restaurant's reputation by ensuring high-quality food and service.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
